Product Care

Your Zattron product is made of 100% premium red label cotton and is built entirely for your comfort. Its cruelty free and packed in plant-based materials.

We recommend washing your Zattron clothes inside out and at low or cold temperatures using minimal amounts of detergent.

For ironing: Once you're sure your garment is dry, you can use an iron box or a steamer, but please be mindful while ironing out some products, namely: the collars (T-shirts) and the ankle bands (joggers). Kindly ensure to not iron on the logo print directly and iron it inside out.

Order Related

No convenience fee at all.

Once the order is placed, you will recieve an email and a text message with all the tracking details when dispatched. You can also access the status of the order in the 'My Account' section on the Zattron website.

Orders are delivered between 7-10 days Business days.

There is no minimum order requirement, all the delivery charges for domestic orders are absolutely free. :)

In the event that an order is cancelled for any reason, the amount of the order will be reversed to the source of the payment within a period of 30 working days.

Please note that orders can't be cancelled once shipped.

Returns and exchanges

Yes, products can be returned or exchanged except for store credit.

Items purchased on any offers (Special Offer/ Sale/ Clearance/ Pre-applied-Discounts/ Bundle discounts) will only be eligible for a size exchange.

There will be a reverse shipping fee of Rs 150 applicable for any return of a product purchased on offer.
Refunds or conversions to Store Credits are not applicable for special offers.

You can return return/exchange by writing to us at wegotyou@zattron.com within 7 days from the date of delivery. All return/exchange requests are at our discretion.

If you are unhappy with your product, please write us at wegotyou@zattron.com and we will sort it out. Please note that we will only accept products within 48 hours of when you received your order.
